RECIPE FOR SOY DELIGHT INGREDIENTS soya bean flour 2 -3 cocoyams 4 - 6 cups of water 15-20 boiled prawns 4 big carrots 1 small cabbage 1 big onion 1 big green pepper 2-3 tatashe (red pepper) 2-3 yellow pepper 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce seasoning METHOD OF PREPARATION Peel and dice vegetables. finely chop onion. grind pepper. grate the cocoyams Put soya bean flour in a bowl; add grated cocoyam, onions and 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce.   mix well and add 1 sachet of seasoning. Add salt to taste. Make mixture into a thick paste. Put water to boil.   Mould mixture into balls (like dumplings), and put them into the boiling water. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Add diced carrots and let them steam with the sauce for about 2 minutes and then add the cabbage and 2 more tablespoons of dark soy sauce. Add the ground peppers and the prawns.
